16. Shipping & Returns

Delivery Schedule: BUUMP.COM (Stefani & Co SAS) will deliver the orders in France by La Poste at the normal rate unless a special agreement and negotiated. We are committed to deliver your order at the post office within 4 working days after dispatch of your order confirmation. We strive to ship items within 2 business days.

Purchases made outside France will be made according to the most appropriate based
the destination. As for purchases made in France, BUUMP.COM (Stefani & Co SAS) has committed to ship within 4 business days.

Returns: To return a defective item, please send an email to the following address: support@buump.com to a member of our team accepts this return. Please indicate the reason for return, if you want a refund or replacement, include your full contact details and your order number, all in sturdy packaging.

Important: Make sure you send your mail with return receipt. The cost of returning the items will be charged to the customers. We will replace defective items with similar items or refund will be made if the item in question is no longer available.

Please note that our returns policy is only valid within 28 days after receiving items.
Returning non-defective items: If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered and received, you can return it within a limit of 7 days per package with return receipt for an exchange or reimbursement. If you choose a replacement with a more expensive item, it is your responsibility to pay the price difference.
